How to create a new form

This guide will show you, how to create a new feedback form. You can create as many feedback forms as you want. Each feedback form can be customized to your needs.

Step 1

Select a template

To get started visit instant-feedback.click/new and select the most suitable template.

Step 2

Customize form

After that, you will be redirected to our form editor. (For more details about the editor, visit the subpages on the left.)

Publish to the world 🌍

Last but not least, don’t forget to press Publish form at the bottom to save your changes.
